Core Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable software systems using
    Java or Python
  • Participate in the development and integration of
    AI Agents
    and
    LLM-based architectures
    (e.g., GPT, Claude, open-source frameworks)
  • Define and implement software
    architectures and design patterns
  • Build and maintain
    end-to-end testing pipelines
    to ensure software quality
  • Contribute to
    CI/CD pipelines
    and automation across environments
  • Apply
    TDD (Test-Driven Development)
    methodologies in core components
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, business analysts, and AI specialists

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in
    Computer Engineering
    or a closely related field
  • Proven experience in
    object-oriented design
    and
    SOLID principles
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining
    robust software architectures
  • Working knowledge of
    software lifecycle
    , agile methods, and version control

Desirable Experience

  • Integration of
    LLMs
    (OpenAI, HuggingFace, or similar) into backend systems
  • Use of
    prompt engineering
    , vector databases, embeddings, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
  • Experience working with
    Google Cloud Platform
    (especially serverless components like Cloud Functions, Firestore, Pub/Sub)
  • Familiarity with
    Spring Boot
    ,
    MongoDB
    , and
    SQL databases
  • Exposure to
    QA automation frameworks
    , unit/integration testing
