Customer Support Specialist en EVALUAR PRODUCTO

Estamos buscando un Customer Support Specialist comprometido y experimentado para unirse a nuestro equipo en EVALUAR PRODUCTO.

La persona ideal tendrá experiencia previa en soporte para empresas SAAS y estará enfocada en ofrecer un servicio de alta calidad a nuestros clientes.

Principales Tareas y Responsabilidades

Proporcionar soporte técnico y resolver consultas de clientes de manera eficiente y amigable.
Identificar problemas recurrentes y trabajar con el equipo de desarrollo para implementar soluciones.
Documentar interacciones con clientes y mantener registros precisos de las incidencias reportadas.
Colaborar con otros departamentos para mejorar la experiencia del cliente y optimizar procesos internos.
Participar en la formación continua para mantenerse al día con las nuevas funcionalidades y actualizaciones del producto.

Requisitos

Experiencia en soporte al cliente en el sector SAAS.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.
Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y como parte de un equipo.
Fuerte orientación al cliente y habilidades de resolución de problemas.

Escolaridad

Bachillerato completo o equivalente. Valorable formación adicional en áreas relacionadas con tecnología o servicio al cliente.

Experiencia

Se requiere un mínimo de 2 años de experiencia en un rol similar dentro de un entorno SAAS.

Conocimientos

Familiaridad con plataformas de soporte al cliente y herramientas de CRM. Conocimiento básico de sistemas operativos y software SAAS.

Habilidades / Skills

Capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas y priorizar efectivamente. Habilidad para adaptarse rápidamente a cambios y aprender nuevas tecnologías.

Idiomas

Español fluido. Inglés deseable.
