En Hire in Latam (HIL), no estamos contratando a un asistente administrativo tradicional; buscamos a un Growth Partner de alto impacto.

Tu misión será actuar como el motor operativo detrás de nuestra visión "Nearshoring 2.0".

Serás la mano derecha en la ejecución de nuestra estrategia de crecimiento, encargándote de la activación de nuestra red de desarrolladores, la prospección de clientes en EE.UU.

y la investigación estratégica para nuestra próxima ronda de inversión.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Activación de Desarrolladores y Webinars

Investigar y entender profundamente las necesidades, miedos y deseos de los desarrolladores senior en Latam para refinar nuestra propuesta de valor.

Gestionar y activar a nuestros afiliados y partners para asegurar que nuestras salas de webinars estén llenas de talento de clase mundial.

Ejecutar estrategias de seguimiento (pings manuales, grupos de WhatsApp, correos de "hype") para maximizar la tasa de asistencia y conversión de asistentes a nuevos "Founders".


  • Social Selling y Prospección (LinkedIn)
Gestionar la presencia en LinkedIn para establecer autoridad en el mercado estadounidense.

Realizar outreach diario enfocado en Founders y CTOs de startups en EE.UU., posicionando a nuestras agencias boutique como la solución premium de ingeniería.

Identificar y conectar con tomadores de decisiones, gestionando la agenda para agendar reuniones de descubrimiento de alto valor.

  • Investigación de Inversiones y Expansión
Mapear el ecosistema de Venture Capital y Angel Investors en EE.UU. que estén alineados con nuestra tesis de "Future of Work" y Latam.

Preparar y organizar el "Data Room" con métricas clave, casos de éxito y proyecciones para nuestra ronda de inversión Seed en 2026.

Investigar tendencias de mercado y beneficios para la red (perks) que aumenten el valor de pertenecer al ecosistema de HiL.

Habilidades y Actitud (El Factor "Partner")

Proactividad Extrema:
No esperas instrucciones; identificas problemas y traes 3 soluciones posibles.

Energía y Convicción:
Capacidad para vender la visión de "Nearshoring 2.0" con entusiasmo y autoridad.

Mentalidad de Dueño:
Entiendes que tu éxito se mide por resultados (KPIs), no por horas trabajadas.

Curiosidad Intelectual:
Te apasiona investigar nuevas herramientas de IA, leyes fiscales de EE.UU. o tendencias de reclutamiento.
Requisitos Técnicos
Inglés Avanzado (C1/Bilingüe): Esencial para la comunicación con clientes e inversores en EE.UU.

Dominio de LinkedIn:
Experiencia en prospección, social selling y manejo de marca personal.

Capacidad de Síntesis:
Habilidad para investigar temas complejos (impuestos, VCs, tecnología) y entregar reportes ejecutivos accionables.

Manejo de Herramientas:
Jira, Trello, Notion o similares para la gestión de procesos.
