Sobre el rol:
Estamos buscando un Educational Sales Junior motivado y orientado a resultados para unirse a nuestro equipo. En este rol serás el responsable de gestionar relaciones con clientes y expandir nuestras conexiones haciendo que más colegios se unan al proyecto. Responsabilidades principales:

  • Comprender las necesidades de las instituciones cliente y ofrecer soluciones adaptadas para impulsar y fortalecer las matemáticas en su colegio
  • Buscar, construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes potenciales.
  • Gestionar el ciclo completo de venta e implementación de la propuesta.
  • Negociar contratos y precios para maximizar ingresos y satisfacción del cliente.
  • Colaborar con equipos internos (marketing, producto, customer success) para garantizar una experiencia óptima del cliente.

Requisitos:

  • Al menos 6 meses de experiencia laboral (pueden ser pasantías) en áreas comerciales o de desarrollo de negocio.
  • Interés genuino por el sector educativo ecuatoriano.
  • Habilidades sólidas de comunicación, negociación y construcción de relaciones.
  • Capacidad para gestionar múltiples áreas y priorizar tareas de manera efectiva.

Será un plus si…

  • Cuentas con experiencia en ventas consultivas en el sector educativo o edtech.
  • Has trabajado con herramientas como Salesforce u otros CRMs.
  • Tienes conocimiento sobre Growth Strategy y expansión de mercado.
