The Role

We're looking for a Fin/Ops Assistant, to support our finance and operations processes related to cash management, capital activity, and accounts payable.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers, systems, and structured financial processes.

You'll work closely with our Fin/Ops and accounting teams to ensure financial records are accurate, reconciled, and properly documented.
What You'll Do
Finance & Cash Management
Assist in processing capital contributions, distributions, and redemptions following internal controls.
Maintain, update, and reconcile cash projection reports for financial planning.
Monitor, review, and reconcile bank accounts on a regular basis.
Prepare and generate capital disbursement reports.
Accounts Payable Support
Receive, review, and record invoices on platforms such as , Beanworks, QuickBooks, and related systems.
Track approvals and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely processing.
Assist with AP reporting and invoice reconciliations.
Reconcile invoices with accounting records.
Communicate with vendors regarding missing information, payment status, and invoice questions
Coordinate with internal teams on AP-related requests.
What We're Looking For
Native or fluent English communication is a MUST (written and spoken)
Background in Finanace, Accounrinf, Business, or related fields.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfortable working with financial systems, reports, and reconciliations
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
Ability to follow structured financial processes and internal controls.
Reliable, proactive, and deadline oriented.

Bonus Points For:
Experience in Accounts Payable or financial operations.
Familiarity with , Beanworks, QuickBooks, or similar platforms.
Experience in fintech, financial services, or regulated environments.
Exposure to capital management or cash forecasting.
