Strategic Operations Assistant
bilingüe y altamente organizado/a para apoyar exclusivamente a una Psicóloga, Autora y Emprendedora en la gestión de su carrera profesional, el crecimiento de su marca personal y su expansión al mercado de los Estados Unidos.
Este no es un rol administrativo tradicional; es una posición de
Gestión de Proyectos de Impacto
donde el éxito se mide por la capacidad de transformar las actividades diarias en hitos de autoridad, alianzas institucionales y reportes de crecimiento profesional.
Responsabilidades Clave
1. Gestión de Relaciones Institucionales y Alianzas
- Mapeo de Líderes de Opinión:
Gestionar una base de datos de 20 figuras clave en el sector de la salud mental y bienestar. Coordinar el contacto inicial y el seguimiento para colaboraciones, entrevistas cruzadas y avales profesionales.
- Outreach con ONGs e Instituciones:
Identificar y contactar organizaciones sin fines de lucro en los Estados Unidos para proponer proyectos colaborativos, talleres educativos y webinars que validen el impacto social del trabajo de la fundadora.
- Soporte de Investigación (White Papers):
Ayudar en la recopilación de datos, bibliografía y métricas de resultados para documentos técnicos y reportes sobre salud mental materna.
- Validación del Método:
Documentar y dar seguimiento a clínicas o instituciones interesadas en referenciar o implementar el "Método [Nombre]".
2. Coordinación de Relaciones Públicas y Autoridad
- Gestión de Medios (PR):
Actuar como enlace con agencias de prensa para programar entrevistas en televisión, radio y podcasts. Archivar sistemáticamente cada aparición con sus respectivas métricas de alcance.
- Reportes de Impacto Social:
Supervisar que el equipo de redes sociales genere informes de impacto (testimonios, alcance educativo y participación comunitaria) para demostrar la influencia de la marca.
- Lanzamientos Editoriales y Educativos:
Coordinar los plazos de producción, lanzamiento y seguimiento de ventas del libro profesional y de los programas de formación digital.
3. Operaciones de Negocio y Gestión Académica
- Soporte E-Commerce:
Coordinar la logística operativa para el lanzamiento y expansión de la tienda de maternidad, incluyendo el seguimiento de proveedores y alianzas estratégicas.
- Gestión de Agenda Académica:
Administrar el calendario de la Maestría, asegurando que los compromisos de estudio se integren de manera eficiente con las actividades de negocio y relaciones públicas.
- Gobierno Corporativo:
Organizar las reuniones trimestrales de la Junta de Asesores de la entidad en EE. UU., preparar agendas y redactar las minutas de los acuerdos estratégicos.
Perfil del Candidato
Requisitos:
- Formación:
Título universitario en Comunicación, Relaciones Internacionales, Psicología o Administración de Empresas.
- Idiomas:
Español nativo e
Inglés Profesional (C1/C2)
. Indispensable para redactar propuestas y comunicarse con directivos y académicos en EE. UU.
- Herramientas:
Dominio de herramientas de organización (Notion, Asana o similares), CRM y herramientas de IA (Gemini/ChatGPT) para optimizar procesos.

Capacidad para dar seguimiento persistente a propuestas hasta concretar acuerdos.
- Atención al Detalle Documental:
Rigor en el archivo y organización de hitos profesionales y testimonios de impacto.
- Hyper-Organización:
Capacidad para manejar múltiples proyectos simultáneos (Academia, PR y Comercio) sin perder el enfoque estratégico.
