Te invitamos a formar parte de nuestro equipo, ocupando el cargo de:
Scrum Master / Facilitador Agile Senior

Requisitos:
Estudios universitarios en curso o concluidos en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Ingeniería Industrial, Administración o carreras afines.

Experiencia mínima de 5 años trabajando con metodologías ágiles y al menos 5 años en posiciones similares como Scrum Master o Facilitador Agile.

Dominio práctico de Scrum, Kanban y marcos ágiles, así como experiencia en entornos SAFe y gestión de releases.

Conocimientos sólidos en:
Facilitación de ceremonias ágiles (Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective).
Gestión de flujo de trabajo y delivery.
Seguimiento de métricas ágiles y de flujo (velocity, lead time, cycle time, throughput).
Gestión de riesgos, impedimentos y dependencias.
Habilidades de liderazgo servicial, comunicación efectiva, pensamiento analítico, trabajo en equipo y orientación a resultados.
Español nativo (otros idiomas serán valorados).
Disponibilidad para trabajar en modalidad presencial.
