About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Sales and Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and technical support team, you will be responsible for pre-sales, sales calls, post-sales, and customer training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Sales: Assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint, providing valuable insights to drive sales growth.
  • Sales Calls: Serve as the main technical resource on sales calls, educating customers on features, specifications, functionality, and integration.
  • Networking Expertise: Demonstrate conversance with networking applications and solutions, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
  • Post-Sales: Lead technical contact for identified accounts, resolving technical issues and collaborating with the technical support team and engineering to elevate and resolve customer concerns.
  • Customer Training: Provide assistance to identified customers with post-sales training, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to get the most out of our solutions.

Requirements:

  • Field Sales Experience: Proven track record in field sales, with experience in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of LAN/WAN/Internet services administration, Wireless technologies, deploying, supporting, and site surveys, as well as encryption and authentication technologies.
  • Certifications: CCIE and CISSP certifications preferred.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development.
