Build long term relationships, always seeking to satisfy the client's needs with Samy's services.
Continuous search and presentation of Trends and News of the Beauty, Care, Environment, Inclusion and Digital Marketing industry taking an active Consultant role for the brand.
Receipt of briefs and preparation of proposals for campaigns with influencers, events and activations.Development, assembly and presentation:
of strategies and creative concepts aligned to the needs of each brand: objectives, purpose, attributes, target audience, calendar, budget, etc.
Profile scouting:
qualitative and quantitative analysis from Shinebuzz, Synthesio and others (Statista).
Campaign execution analysis, maintaining continuous communication with all stakeholders and proposing process improvements and results optimization.
Reporting:
in-depth analysis of results and performance to identify impact, KPIs achieved and opportunities
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Between 2 and 3 years of relevant experience in Strategy, content marketing or influencer marketing and account management.
Strong communication and negotiation skills (both verbal and written).
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Active management of digital platforms and social media.
Handling of design tools or Content Creation will be highly valued.
Strong service orientation, empathy and problem solving skills.
High energy and positive attitude.
Goal oriented, fast learner and autonomous worker.
English required, any other language is a plus
