The Customer Logistics Analyst is a strategic partner dedicated to managing the Indirect Trade & Pharmacy channels.
This role is pivotal in identifying operational and logistical efficiencies—both internal and external—while cultivating deep, value-driven relationships with key customers.
You will focus on load optimization, reducing the "Cost-to-Serve," and maintaining a physical presence at customer sites to truly understand their supply chain needs and drive long-term collaborative growth.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Collaboration:
Develop and execute joint business plans to secure logistical efficiencies and strengthen long-term customer partnerships.
Demand & Supply Alignment:
Drive the customer resupply process through integrated quarterly planning with the Customer Development Team (CDT), aligning supply with the Promotional Grid.
Influential Planning:
Lead collaborative planning (CPFR) sessions with TOP customers to synchronize forecasts and operational goals.
Operational Optimization:
Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives, specifically focusing on process simplification, load maximization, and reducing the overall Cost-to-Serve.
KPI Management:
Ensure high performance across key metrics, including On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery, point-of-sale availability (OSA), healthy inventory turnover, and Case Fill Rate (CFR).
Logistics Efficiency:
Audit and optimize delivery points and order effectiveness to eliminate "extra-cost" scenarios and logistical bottlenecks.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, Economics, or a related field.
At least 1.5 – 2 years of proven experience within the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry, managing major accounts in similar supply chain or customer logistics roles.
Strong background in customer-facing roles with the ability to navigate complex client relationships.Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; experience utilizing AI tools for productivity and data management.
Solid experience managing and interpreting large databases to drive decision-making.
Intermediate English proficiency (written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Analytics.
Data Analysis:
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to track logistics performance.
Experience in Lean methodology or administrative process optimization to streamline workflows.
