Estamos en búsqueda del rol Commercial Business Lead en Quito o Guayaquil; quien se encarga de impulsar el crecimiento sostenible de Roche Diagnóstica, maximizando el valor para nuestros clientes estratégicos actuales y futuros.

Desarrolla y ejecuta estrategias comerciales innovadoras, centradas en la expansión de nuestras cuentas clave y la identificación de nuevas oportunidades de negocio y modelos comerciales disruptivos. El objetivo es consolidar la fidelización de clientes, asegurar el crecimiento del "share of wallet" y expandir la presencia de Roche en el mercado diagnóstico, reforzando nuestra posición de liderazgo. Esto implica un profundo entendimiento del ecosistema diagnóstico, las necesidades no cubiertas de los clientes y el panorama competitivo, para desarrollar propuestas de valor diferenciadoras que generen un impacto significativo en el negocio y la salud.

La Oportunidad:

  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas asignados en cuentas estratégicas, contribuyendo de manera directa a las metas comerciales de la organización. 

  • Participar en el estudio y análisis de la estrategia y planes de marketing regional de nuestros portafolios.

  • Definir y/o customizar estrategias para la generación de nuevos negocios con nuestros clientes estratégicos; así como para posibles negocios con clientes no Roche en coordinación con los squads de desarrollo de negocio. 

  • Liderar la ejecución de la estrategia para el desarrollo y la generación de nuevos negocios y modelos de negocio innovadores mediante la elaboración de la propuesta de valor que integre todas nuestras soluciones (consultoría, soluciones digitales, disease management, etc.). 

  • Ejecutar la estrategia de desarrollo de negocio, generar y conseguir nuevas oportunidades de negocio incremental, crecer el market share, el alcance e impacto de nuestras soluciones/portafolios. 

  • Colaborar en la implementación de nuevas soluciones de valor y de nuevos modelos de negocio, atendiendo las necesidades del cliente. 

  • Visita en campo y cobertura nacional para la prospección de nuevas oportunidades de negocio. 

  • Actuar como conector interno entre equipos y asegurar la colaboración entre diferentes chapters a través del liderazgo de los diferentes SQUADs de la organización (Strategy, Medical, Acceso, Servicio, etc), asegurando que la organización en su conjunto capitalice las oportunidades con los clientes estratégicos. 

  • Garantizar la diferenciación de Roche en el mercado mediante una propuesta de valor robusta que refuerce nuestro posicionamiento como líder en diagnóstico innovador y socio estratégico confiable y sostenible. 

  • Monitorear la satisfacción de clientes estratégicos, promoviendo relaciones de largo plazo basadas en confianza y resultados medibles, asegurando que se consideran los insights estratégicos del mercado y de performance de negocio. 

Tu perfil:

  • Título de 3er nivel en ciencias de la salud, ventas, negocios, marketing o similar. Título de 4to nivel de preferencia. 

  • Nivel alto de idioma inglés.

  • Amplio conocimiento de la tecnología y marcas de los competidores.

  • Experiencia de 3 años en la industria de la salud, específicamente en diagnóstico en funciones comerciales

  • Conocimiento de la dinámica y los participantes del mercado de salud, su sistema y las políticas de salud.

  • Conocimiento de la industria: la problemática y soluciones para el laboratorio.
