What We're Looking ForWe are seeking fluent English-speaking Customer Service Representatives based anywhere in Ecuador.As the face of WindshieldHUB, you'll help customers across the U.S. with inquiries, service scheduling, and support.
This is a virtual work position, but professionalism, communication, and customer satisfaction are expected at the highest level.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls with a high level of accuracy and empathy.
Guide customers through the booking process and answer service-related questionResolve issues or escalate when necessary using established protocols.
Assist customers with navigating our website and digital tools.
Manage time effectively while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
Work in coordination with internal departments to support customer needs.
Deliver a service experience that promotes brand loyalty.
RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
Fluency in English (C1 or C2 level required).
Prior experience virtual home in a customer-facing role.
Familiarity with CRMs or customer support platforms (Zendesk, Freshdesk,etc.).
A strong work ethic, punctuality, and organizational skills.
High-speed internet, a reliable desktop or laptop, and a noise-cancelingheadset.
A quiet and dedicated workspace at home to handle calls withoutinterruptions.
Availability for morning, afternoon, or evening shifts, including weekends ifneeded.
