La oportunidad
El "HSP - Disease Area" entiende el portafolio de la Disease Area y desde ese conocimiento colabora con las partes interesadas del sistema de salud para impulsar dicha innovación en el sistema de salud, a todo nivel.
Identifica, mapea, involucra y gestiona a las partes interesadas del ecosistema; entiende el sistema de salud y los mensajes de valor de las diferentes moléculas y es capaz de identificar las posibilidades de conexión entre estas todas, para crear y ejecutar "soluciones" de acceso.
Actúa como socio de confianza y punto de contacto principal (no exclusivo) con tomadores de decisión de prestadores clave para Roche.
Identificar los procesos administrativos y de toma de decisiones dentro de los prestadores de salud privados, semipúblicos y públicos que influyen en la utilización de mejores tratamientos para pacientes; para buscar hacerlos lo más eficientes posibles para garantizar acceso a los pacientes.
Entender las vías para llegar a los tomadores de decisión dentro de las diferentes instituciones que conforman el ecosistema para la entrega de mensajes de valor de las diferentes moléculas en beneficio de los pacientes.
Mapea obstáculos comunes entre prestadores de salud para proponer soluciones integrales en el sistema de salud, con el propósito de acelerar el acceso a terapias innovadorasComparte la visión y el valor de la comunidad, prioriza y asegura los recursos e impulsa soluciones que brindan resultados más rápidamente.
Aporta conocimientos externos a Roche para influir en la estrategia y llevan nuestra experiencia, ciencia y conocimiento al ecosistema.El HSP analiza el ecosistema individual y cataliza nuestra capacidad para ver tendencias y patrones más amplios que se reiteran en los prestadores, para proponer soluciones que se puedan aplicar de manera integral en el sistema para el AT.
Interactúa e identifica stakeholders claves, para entender sus intereses, generando oportunidades que benefician a ambas partes y a los pacientesConectar con la network tanto LATAM como global obtener y tropicalizar los mensajes de valor de las diferentes moléculas y usar la información de la network para catalizar varios procesos.
Entiende los mensajes de valor de las moléculas y al mismo tiempo crea los mensajes de valor adecuados para nuestro sistema, también co-construye propuestas de valor (ej: modelos económicos) desde una mirada de generar acceso.
Quién EresTítulo universitario en ciencias de la salud, ingeniería, economía o similar
Al menos 3 años de experiencia trabajando en el área de salud o farmacéutica. Se valora especialmente experiencia en el sector público de salud, pero no es un requerimiento excluyente
Conocimiento integral y profundo sobre el sistema nacional de Salud Pública y su red integral.
Conocimiento de los diferentes key stakeholders centrales del sistema nacional de salud; entendiendo quienes son los tomadores de decisión y los diferentes influenciadores de los mismos.
Conocimientos sobre Acceso:
Conocimiento de las vías de acceso existentes en el sistema de salud ecuatoriano, así como las vías de acceso cuya creación se discute,modelos diferenciados de valor, estrategía de valor de producto, etc.
Conocimiento de cómo funcionan los sistemas de salud de otros países, deseable pero no excluyente.Comprensión de cómo funciona el proceso de toma de decisiones en los actores que participan en el sistema de salud
