As part of the Field Service Mechanical Team, the Service Technician, 4 Stroke will be designated to perform overhauls of Wärtsilä 4-stroke engines.
Core Competencies:
Rigging and lifting operations for engine components.
Basic measurements using micrometers, calipers, and other high-accuracy tools.
Mechanical cleaning of engine parts using approved methods and tools.
Handling and use of hand tools for disassembly and reassembly.
Basic knowledge of 4-stroke engine systems.
Language Requirement:
Minimum English level A2 (Basic - Intermediate) for technical communication and documentation.
Preferred Qualifications (Plus):
High-level welding skills, including structural and precision welding.
Experience in field service operations, especially in oil & gas environments.
Familiarity with medium and low-speed 4-stroke engines.
