Role Purpose
The HR Senior Manager provides active, insight-led leadership shaping and driving the Human Resources function for the scope of Ecuador.
Acting as a trusted advisor to the business and collaborating with the members of the business management team, they align HR activities to the business strategy to support business goals and influence the strategic direction of the business balanced with the employee perspective.
Driving the transformation and change of HR to maximize the capability of our people at all levels of the organization and to ensure HR services are delivered to drive business performance.
Main Accountabilities
Overall Management of the HR Functions: Build, organize and develop the Human Resources team that is managing all people related activities around standard and aligned HR processes across the group in all key areas: Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Engagement, HR Admin support and Change Management, etc.
Budget manager for HR function with balanced focus on strategic and operational HR activities for a country / entity in scope.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with our country regulations and are consistent with internal and external best practices as well as to communicate them to our employees.
Develop plans to satisfy the future requirements of supervisors in all levels across the company.Represent the company before the labor authorities, trade unions and workers' associations.
Act as a consultant giving advice, challenging and coaching employees and Business Managers on people-related issues and processes like performance.
Management, talent management and acquisition, learning & development, compensation & benefits delivering HR solutions enhancing commercial success.Provide support in everything related to Compliance, such as training, communication campaigns, audits and investigations.
Requirements
Education:
University degree in Human Resources or similar, Master's degree preferred.
Proven HR Expertise: 10+ years of experience in various HR-related areas, with focus on Engagement, Labor Relations and Health and Safety.
Language Requirements:
Fluent English - Spanish Native speaker.
Respect and Results Driven.
Demonstrated leadership ability to work in a matrix environment with senior management.
Data driven insights.
Cultural shaper, D&I champion.
Excellent active listening and negotiation skills.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
