Funciones Principales

El rol se centra en la gestión y gobernanza de los activos de datos y análisis. Las responsabilidades clave incluyen


Gobernanza y Estándares Definir y mantener el framework de gobernanza de BI y analítica, estableciendo roles, responsabilidades y la propiedad (ownership) de métricas.

Esto implica establecer estándares de BI (nomenclaturas, modelos semánticos, estructuras de dashboards) y custodiar el catálogo de métricas de negocio como única fuente de verdad.

Gestión de Calidad y Datos Garantizar la calidad, consistencia y trazabilidad de los datos en herramientas de BI, y trabajar estrechamente con Data Engineers para asegurar que las capas de datos (DWH, Data Lake, marts) estén correctamente modeladas.

Administración Técnica Administrar y gobernar plataformas analíticas (como Looker, Cognos, Databricks), definiendo lineamientos de seguridad, accesos y permisos. También incluye habilitar y documentar datasets y vistas para un consumo eficiente.

Capacitación y Cultura Capacitar a analistas en el uso de herramientas y métricas, medir la adopción de dashboards y participar en iniciativas de alfabetización de datos (data literacy) dentro de la organización.

Requisitos del Puesto

Para aplicar a esta vacante, los candidatos deben cumplir con los siguientes criterios


Formación Académica Instrucción Superior en especialidades como Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería de Software, Matemáticas, Estadísticas, Mecatrónica o campos afines.

Experiencia Se requiere una experiencia necesaria de 4 años.
Conocimientos Técnicos Específicos
Experiencia sólida en Business Intelligence y Analytics y modelado de datos analíticos (star schema, snowflake, data marts).
Conocimiento avanzado de herramientas de BI como Looker, Cognos, Databricks SQL/BI (u otras equivalentes).
Dominio de SQL a nivel avanzado.
Conocimientos de Data Warehousing, Data Lake, gobernanza de datos, calidad de datos y metadata.
Experiencia definiendo métricas de negocio, KPIs y gestionando controles de acceso y seguridad en plataformas BI.

Habilidades Profesionales Se busca una persona con pensamiento analítico, capacidad de comunicación con perfiles técnicos y de negocio, organización, atención al detalle y liderazgo técnico sin necesidad de un rol jerárquico.
