Product Manager para liderar la unidad de negocio de instrumentación para pintura y recubrimientos.

La persona seleccionada será la principal responsable de producto, actuando como referente técnico y comercial para esta unidad de negocio.

Gestionará un portfolio superior a los 2M€ y tendrá un rol clave en la definición de estrategia, soporte a ventas, relación con proveedores, desarrollo de producto y conexión con el mercado.

Empresa vasca, ubicada en Bajo Deba, especializada en facilitar equipos y soluciones técnicas para el control de calidad e I+D+i en industria.

Trabaja principalmente para sectores como automoción, aeroespacial, recubrimientos y centros de investigación entre otros.
Descripción de la oferta
Definir y ejecutar el plan de marketing y desarrollo de la línea de negocio.
Actuar como experto/a de producto ante clientes, comerciales y distribuidores
Analizar mercado, competencia y oportunidades de expansión en España y Portugal.
Coordinar con proveedores y representar la voz del cliente en nuevos desarrollos.
Participar en ferias, formaciones técnicas y eventos sectoriales.
Aportar soporte técnico-comercial a la red de ventas.
Colaborar estrechamente con el área de fabricación propia.
Perfil del candidato
Formación universitaria, valorándose especialmente formación en Ingeniería, Química o similar.
Al menos 3 años de experiencia como product management o en ventas técnicas.
Se valorará positivamente el conocimiento del mercado de pinturas, recubrimientos o sectores afines.
Visión comercial y técnica. Capacidad de interlocución con clientes y proveedores.
Inglés fluido para relación con proveedores internacionales.
Disponibilidad para viajar puntualmente por España y Portugal (2-5 noches/mes fuera de casa).
