Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role located in Quito, Ecuador. The Sales Manager will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies to meet company objectives. Daily tasks include managing and mentoring the sales team, achieving sales targets, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also requires monitoring sales performance metrics and preparing comprehensive reports for senior management.

The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing the company's sales operations while ensuring consistent revenue growth and strong client relationships. This role manages the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and deal closure, while maintaining high standards of professionalism and operational efficiency.
The Sales Manager oversees CRM systems and sales pipelines to ensure accurate tracking, timely follow-ups, and clear visibility into performance metrics. This position collaborates closely with internal teams to align sales strategies with organizational objectives and market opportunities.
In addition to direct sales responsibilities, the Sales Manager provides leadership and strategic direction to the sales team, establishing best practices, coaching team members, and ensuring accountability through measurable performance indicators. This role plays a critical part in driving scalable growth and long-term business success.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize CRM platforms and sales pipelines
- Oversee lead follow-up, qualification, and conversion processes
- Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, calls, and client interactions
- Conduct professional sales presentations and negotiations
- Support sales administration, reporting, and contract management
- Lead, mentor, and coach sales team members
- Develop, implement, and refine sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Monitor KPIs, forecasts, and sales performance metrics
- Drive sustainable revenue growth and client retention
