Location: Latin America - Fully Remote
Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger activity, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
- Oversee and review AP/AR with precision and compliance.
- Keep all financial records audit-ready and documentation up to date.Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Maintain internal controls and accounting policies.
- Track recurring-revenue streams with accuracy (subscriptions, services, modules/customers).
- Lead daily cash management, forecasting, and variance tracking.
- Deliver insights to leadership to support strategic decision-making.
- Adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and evolving business needs.
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.CTA or public accounting certification strongly preferred.
- 4–5 years of experience in accounting/finance (fast-growing environments a plus).
- Deep knowledge of GAAP or IFRS.
- Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, monthly closings, and financial reporting.
- Advanced Excel + ERP proficiency (QuickBooks or similar).
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Advanced English (spoken & written).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with proactive, solution-oriented approach.
