Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un(a) Ingeniero/a Financiero o profesional afín, con amplia experiencia en manejo de cartera, análisis financiero, flujos de caja, gestión con entidades bancarias y evaluación de tasas de interés.
Esta posición es clave para la optimización de nuestros procesos financieros y de recuperación de cartera de proyectos inmobiliarios.Rango de honorarios:
$1200 - $1400
Funciones principales:
Gestión y control de cartera vencida y corriente de proyectos inmobiliarios.
Revisión de promesas de compraventa.
Negociación y seguimiento de acuerdos de pago con clientes.
Coordinación de procesos de cobranza directa e indirecta.
Análisis y proyección de flujos de caja relacionados con ingresos por cartera.
Relación con entidades financieras para estructuración de productos crediticios.
Análisis y comparación de tasas de interés, condiciones financieras y propuestas bancarias.
Generación de reportes periódicos para la gerencia financiera y directiva.
Apoyo en la toma de decisiones estratégicas respecto al manejo financiero de la empresa.
Requisitos:
Título de tercer nivel en Ingeniería Financiera, Economía, Administración o carreras afines.
Experiencia mínima de 3 a 5 años en manejo de cartera y relación con entidades financieras.
Conocimientos sólidos en análisis financiero, tasas de interés, flujo de caja y estructuras de financiamiento.
Dominio de Excel avanzado y herramientas de análisis financiero.
Alta orientación a resultados y cumplimiento de objetivos financieros.
