Your Tasks

  • Desarrollar e Implementar el panel médico y de puntos de venta de acuerdo a los objetivos establecidos para su escalafón.
  • Asegurar la frecuencia y cobertura de médicos y puntos de venta diarios.
  • Entrenarse continuamente en producto y técnicas de venta para visita médica.
  • Implementar coaching y mentoring en sus visitas diarias.
  • Realizar análisis objetivo de herramientas closeup, ventas sell-out , ventas sell-in, IMS e implementar estrategias zonales.

Your Profile

  • 2 a 4 años de experiencia como visitador medico
  • Habilidad analítica /estratégica para la toma de decisiones
  • Planificación y seguimiento
  • Excelente conocimiento y comprensión tanto del cliente como del consumidor
  • Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de negociación
    Habilidades de comprensión de pérdidas y ganancia
