Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Specialist role located in Quito, Ecuador. The Sales Manager will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies to meet company objectives. Daily tasks include managing and mentoring the sales team, achieving sales targets, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also requires monitoring sales performance metrics and preparing comprehensive reports for senior management.
Sales Specialist
The Sales Specialist is responsible for executing sales activities that drive revenue growth by building and maintaining strong client relationships. This role focuses on lead follow-up, qualification, presentations, and closing opportunities with professionalism and efficiency.
The Sales Specialist uses CRM systems to track interactions, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure timely follow-ups, while collaborating with internal teams to deliver clear and consistent solutions. This position is accountable for individual sales targets and contributes to sustainable business growth through strong execution and customer-focused communication.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize CRM platforms and sales pipelines
- Oversee lead follow-up, qualification, and conversion processes
- Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, calls, and client interactions
- Conduct professional sales presentations and negotiations
- Support sales administration, reporting, and contract management
- Lead, mentor, and coach sales team members
- Develop, implement, and refine sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Monitor KPIs, forecasts, and sales performance metrics
- Drive sustainable revenue growth and client retention
