Hubspot Implementation Specialist
Compensation: $2000–$2500/month
Schedule: 8–5 or 9–6pm Eastern

Latino Legends is partnering with a rapidly growing HubSpot Partner Agency that helps high-growth companies unlock revenue through smarter systems, stronger strategy, and intentional CRM design.

Their clients span SaaS, professional services, and mission-driven organizations, where they design onboarding systems, reporting frameworks, and automation that actually delivers results.
The team is remote-first, collaborative, and thrives on asking the right questions to solve the right problems.
Role Overview
As an Implementation Specialist, you'll be the hands-on expert who brings client HubSpot environments to life. You'll execute onboarding projects, configure multiple HubSpot hubs, and ensure client processes are successfully translated into scalable CRM solutions.
You'll collaborate closely with Client Success Managers, RevOps Architects, and other teammates to deliver high-quality solutions that align with client goals.
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Setup
Configure HubSpot Marketing, Sales, Service, and Content Hubs according to onboarding scopes.
Build and test automation workflows, pipelines, forms, sequences, and properties.
Support data imports, cleansing, and migration from legacy systems.
Set up dashboards and reporting for client visibility.
Project Execution
Translate business requirements from strategy sessions into technical HubSpot builds.
Manage assigned deliverables in ClickUp, ensuring deadlines and quality are met.
Document processes and provide clear notes for internal use.
Collaborate with teammates to QA workflows, integrations, and property setups.
Client Support & Training
Join client calls as needed to explain technical setups or troubleshoot live issues.
Support enablement sessions by demoing HubSpot features and answering questions.
Provide proactive recommendations based on HubSpot best practices.
Collaboration
Work with the Team Lead of Client Delivery to address blockers and complex builds.
Partner with Developers/Integration Specialists when customizations are needed.
Share learnings and best practices to strengthen team delivery.
Skills & Qualifications
2–3 years of hands-on HubSpot experience (Marketing, Sales, or Service Hub).
Strong understanding of CRM objects, properties, automation, and reporting.
Comfortable with data migration, imports, deduplication, and cleanup.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication skills—able to explain technical builds to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, etc.).
HubSpot certifications strongly preferred (Inbound, HubSpot Software, RevOps, etc.).
Self-starter, independent, and not afraid to push back when needed.
Development work is not expected, but ability to communicate needs to devs is essential.
