Position:
Sales Executive – Full Time | On-Site | Cumbayá, Quito
Saftec Logistics is a proudly Ecuadorian company with 25 years of experience delivering specialized international cargo services.
With our warehouse located at the Tababela Cargo Center and administrative offices in San Juan de Cumbayá, we work closely with growers, exporters, and airlines to move flowers, perishables, and high-value goods from Ecuador to the world—with excellence at the core of everything we do.
We are growing, and we're looking for a Sales Executive who is driven, service-oriented, and passionate about building strong client relationships.
As our Sales Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our business and strengthening client relationships
Your responsibilities will include:
Identifying and acquiring new business opportunities
Managing and nurturing client portfolios
Developing sales plans and conducting market analysis
Negotiating contracts and addressing client inquiries
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional service and sustained business growth
This is a full-time, on-site role based in our administrative offices in Cumbayá, Quito.
What We're Looking For
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Experience in sales planning, client management, and business development
Knowledge of international cargo or logistics (experience with perishables or high-value goods is highly valued).
Degree in Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Fluency in Russian is desirable.
Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales data
Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
Fluency in Spanish and English
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Experience in logistics or the flower export industry is a plus.
