The Opportunity
Responsible for the sales execution of the DTS, 3PD, OT, and P&M channels in Ecuador.

Your Impact

Definition, implementation, and expansion of the Sales Model, the development and/or implementation of new Businesses and Digital Businesses, and the development and/or implementation of processes and tools to meet new business requirements and the continuous improvement of the current process based on market and operational needs, accelerate sales, gain market share, and enhance profitable customer relationships.


This role will be responsible for:

  • The flawless execution in the 4 sales channels in Ecuador.
  • The development of customers.
  • Influencing and collaborating with Ecuador's Functional Leaders.
  • Collaboration for the correct national execution of the OT and P&M modern channels.
  • Contributing to the sustained growth of the business in Ecuador.
  • Contributing to generating a robust employer brand in the market.
  • The success of the Customer Engagement implementation.
  • Gaining market share and improving profitable customer relationships.
  • Defining and deploying the execution strategy for negotiations in Ecuador and ensuring the integration of the strategy with the business.
  • Being the owner of the Digital Sales Model and Ecosystem in DTS and 3PD.
  • Leading positively with new and existing distributors.
  • Requesting the required Opex/Capex for effective expansion.
  • Contributing to the design of digital B2B commercial strategies to bring to market and increase penetration across all categories and SKUs based on trade insights and customer performance.
Who Are We Looking For?


  • Professional degree / Bachelor's degree / MBA is a plus.

English:
fluent professional level.


  • Over 10 years of experience in commercial positions (channels, trade marketing, revenue management, field sales/key accounts, sales capabilities, franchise management, market intelligence, marketplaces, and digital businesses).
  • Proven experience in digital transformation and business implementation.
  • Understanding and experience in strategic sales with top-tier B2C companies.
  • Strong negotiation skills and professional training in international programs.
  • Solid business and finance acumen and understanding of key profit drivers in the OT channel.
  • Ability to understand how value is created for consumers and retailers.
  • Able to work in a matrix organization with strong influence skills to drive multinational agendas.

Strong presentation skills:
presenting recommendations for a senior audience, building winning relationships, influencing others to act, and networking to achieve results.
