RevOps Automation Manager

The Role

Are you ready to level up? Do you dream of helping companies grow? If you have a background in Revenue Operations (RevOps) and HubSpot leadership, and want to gain hands-on experience driving GTM systems for B2B SaaS ventures, you've come to the right place.

This is a rare opportunity to learn and gain experience in B2B SaaS marketing while making a daily impact on companies experiencing exponential growth. All hires will take part in a probationary period to determine if the role is a good fit.

At Kalungi, you will own the vision and execution of RevOps strategy across multiple SaaS clients, integrating marketing, sales, customer success, and product functions. You will leverage HubSpot's full suite (Marketing, Sales, Service, and Ops Hubs) to solve complex GTM problems and unlock revenue growth. In addition to leading client delivery, you'll manage and grow a high-performing RevOps team, driving innovation in Kalungi's productized RevOps services and ensuring excellence in execution.

Responsibilities

In this role you will:

  • Own the end-to-end RevOps strategy across Kalungi clients, ensuring seamless integration of GTM functions.
  • Design, implement, and improve client GTM tech stacks, processes, and data flows using HubSpot (core), Salesforce (optional), and other integrated tools.
  • Develop scalable playbooks for lifecycle stage management, lead routing, attribution, deal pipeline health, forecasting, and analytics.
  • Define and enforce RevOps operating standards—reporting frameworks, data governance, naming conventions, and automation logic.
  • Drive innovation in Kalungi's RevOps offering—productize services like lifecycle audits, dashboard packages, and attribution frameworks.
  • Build internal tools, templates, and automations to shorten time-to-value for clients.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of RevOps Specialists, Automation Specialists, and HubSpot Consultants.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with internal client delivery teams and external partners to ensure seamless client experience.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Education/Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience in business, marketing, or related field (5–7+ years in RevOps, CRM consulting, or GTM systems leadership).
  • Proven track record of owning and optimizing HubSpot implementations at scale (HubSpot certifications required).
  • Strong command of sales/marketing automation, funnel analytics, lifecycle management, lead scoring, attribution, and RevOps KPIs.
  • Experience managing integrations between HubSpot and tools like Salesforce, Zapier, LinkedIn, Outreach, Google Ads, Clearbit, etc.
  • Team management or mentorship experience, with evidence of growing junior talent into high performers.
  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in reports, dashboards, and forecasting models.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with M&A-driven RevOps transformation, partner ecosystem management, and productized RevOps services.
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for action and strong operational execution.
  • Exceptional communicator who can translate complexity into clarity.
  • Detail-oriented but pragmatic—knows when 80% is enough.
