We're looking for a
Technical Implementation Specialist
to support the rollout of our CRM, automation, and integration systems across a large portfolio of multifamily real estate properties in the United States.

This role is perfect for someone who is technically strong, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with clients. You'll work closely with our developers, project lead, and U.S. operations team, helping us implement systems that improve leasing performance and operational efficiency.

You'll be based in our
Quito office
and work directly with U.S. clients and internal team members in a fast-growing environment.

What You'll Do

Client Interaction & Support


• Participate in onboarding and technical walkthrough calls


• Understand client needs and translate them into system configurations


• Provide training, documentation, and support for property teams


• Assist with troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues

Technical Tasks


• Configure CRM pipelines, automations, and workflows


• Validate API integrations, webhooks, and data flows


• Perform QA testing and identify issues before deployment


• Map fields between systems (JSON, REST APIs)


• Prepare accounts for rollout using standardized templates

Implementation Operations


• Assist in onboarding new properties into the system


• Document processes and maintain accurate internal records


• Track performance metrics and report findings to the team


• Coordinate with offshore developers on fixes and enhancements

What We're Looking For

Required Skills


• Strong English (C1/C2) — confident on client calls


• 2+ years experience in CRM implementation OR technical support


• Basic to intermediate experience with APIs (JSON, REST, webhooks)


• Familiarity with workflow automation or CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, GHL)


• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues logically


• Strong communication and clear documentation skills

Preferred Experience


• Experience in U.S. real estate or multifamily leasing operations


• Exposure to platforms like Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, AppFolio


• Experience with call tracking tools (Twilio, CallRail)


• Previous experience in SaaS implementation or IT systems support
