Leading and coordinating customer onboarding process for new Outbound Contact customers.
Preparing and executing customer training using Outbound Contact best practices.
Monitoring the Outbound Contact support queues.
Setting up and managing client campaigns for managed clients.
Ensuring great client experience for all customers - managed and self managed clients.
Identifying new business opportunities for existing customers.
Continuously improving customer experience and providing feedback to management.
Key Requirements
You have prior experience in a similar role with a solid track record of customer service and support.
You are comfortable using marketing automation platforms and CRM's (i.e. Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho CRM).
You have a proven track record in building good client relationships and meeting/exceeding account management goals.
You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
You are results-driven, tenacious, and a strong team player.
This is not required but a bonus if you have the following skills:
Creating single image ads and videos using Canva.
Managing Linkedin Paid Ads
Managing Email Campaigns
Using Sales Navigator
