About the Role

Creo Mellon is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR)
to join our team in Quito. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills in English, and a solid understanding of the business-to-business investment landscape. You will be responsible for managing outreach campaigns, building and nurturing qualified leads, and maintaining organized pipelines through CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and form submissions.
  • Build targeted prospect lists using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other lead generation platforms.
  • Manage CRM records and maintain accurate reporting of all prospecting and outreach activities.
  • Qualify leads through structured communication and ensure smooth transitions through each stage of the sales funnel.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with potential clients and internal team members.
  • Draft professional follow-ups and outreach messages with strong attention to tone, clarity, and engagement.
  • Understand and apply the principles of the marketing and sales funnel to optimize conversion rates.
  • Report weekly on outreach performance, progress, and pipeline metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to align outreach strategy with company growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 2–3 years of proven sales experience
    , ideally in business-to-business or investment-related industries.
  • Native or near-native English proficiency (C2 level)
    . English fluency will be evaluated during a live interview.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar) and lead generation tools.
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Foundational understanding of
    finance and investment concepts
    , particularly corporate or project-based investments (not stock markets).

Reporting Line

  • Reports directly to the Director of Business Development & Client Relations.
