About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated 
Entry-Level Customer Service Representative
to join our digital marketing team and support our marketing efforts with a strong emphasis on social media outreach and customer engagement.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, communicative, and eager to grow within the digital marketing space. You will assist with customer interactions, basic content coordination, and community engagement while helping to expand our online presence, grow our audience, and strengthen brand awareness through targeted outreach strategies. You will also support the team in maintaining positive and lasting relationships across our online communities.

Please note:
This is an English-speaking role. Candidates must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in English, both written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Outreach & Engagement

  • Proactively identify and engage with potential clients, partners, and influencers across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, etc.).
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain authentic relationships with online communities.
  • Research relevant hashtags, trends, and audience segments to optimize outreach.

Content Support

  • Assist in creating and scheduling posts, stories, and short-form videos.
  • Help write captions and outreach messages aligned with brand voice.
  • Gather and organize user-generated content (UGC) for marketing use.

Campaign Support

  • Support marketing campaigns by executing outreach sequences and follow-ups.
  • Track engagement performance, audience growth, and outreach conversions.
  • Assist in monitoring competitor activity and industry trends.

Administrative & Reporting

  • Maintain outreach logs, KPIs, and reports for internal review.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team on weekly goals and initiatives.
  • Help manage social media calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later)

Requirements

  • Fluent English (spoken and written); C2 certification or time spent in an English-speaking country (Required)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or Digital Marketing (Preferred)
  • Experience with social media platforms and digital communication.
  • Strong writing and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable initiating conversations online.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple outreach tasks.
  • Creative mindset with an understanding of social media trends.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing, analytics, or CRM tools (preferred but not required).
  • Reliable, professional, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Remote-ready setup: reliable computer, dual monitors, smartphone, headset and stable internet
  • Have a quiet, professional environment suitable for taking calls
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to align with U.S. time zones when needed

Shift

8:00 AM EST to 5:00 PM EST , Monday to Friday
