- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage key accounts.
- Meet monthly sales targets by identifying new customers.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and upsell potential.
- Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
- Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and provide competitor feedback.
- Identify new business opportunities through lead research and client targeting.
- Requirements:
- At least 2 years B2B Account Management or B2B Sales experience, preferably in Commodity Trading and Other Services.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Goal driven and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
- Strong networker and relationship builder.
- Strong analytical skills and numerical data comfort.
