  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage key accounts.

  • Meet monthly sales targets by identifying new customers.

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and upsell potential.

  • Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales follow up.

  • Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs.

  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders.

  • Monitor market trends and provide competitor feedback.

  • Identify new business opportunities through lead research and client targeting.



  • Requirements:

  • At least 2 years B2B Account Management or B2B Sales experience, preferably in Commodity Trading and Other Services.

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

  • Goal driven and comfortable in fast-paced environments.

  • Strong networker and relationship builder.

  • Strong analytical skills and numerical data comfort.
