Job Title: Account Manager

About the Role:

Become a key player in our comprehensive service platform for foreign trade, where you'll simplify global procurement and supply. As a trusted preferred website for global buyers, we're seeking an exceptional Account Manager to join our team.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of Key Accounts, driving revenue growth through strategic relationships.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and upselling/cross-selling potential.
  • Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow-up to maximize share of wallet and meet/exceed weekly/monthly KPIs.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, monitoring market trends and providing competitor feedback.
  • Identify opportunities for new business development through lead follow-up and research on target clients, meeting potential clients to understand needs and provide relevant solutions.
  • Manage the sales process to close new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing clients and meeting/exceeding activity/revenue targets.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • At least 2 years' experience in B2B Account Management or Sales/Account Executive role, preferably in Commodity Trading and Other Services industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on goal-driven performance in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven networking and relationship-building skills, with analytical abilities and comfort working with numerical data.

Estimated Salary Range:

$80,000 - $120,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
