What The Day Will Look Like

Business Partnership:

Serve as the primary business partner for one of our solution line (Human Capital) connecting local teams with global and regional operations stakeholders to ensure strategic align procedure practice sharing.


Regional Product Governance:
Centralize and coordinate decision-making for regional Human Capital products. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between local execution teams, regional leadership, and global product owners.

Global Communication:
Maintain clear channels for reporting progress, risks, and opportunities to regional and global leaders.

Process Optimization:
Support process improvement initiatives by promoting automation, standardization, and adoption of global/regional platforms.

Business Insight:

Provide deep business knowledge and market understanding to advise product decisions and ensure solutions meet local and regional needs.


Change Management:
Drive the adoption of new tools and processes, ensuring successful implementation and user engagement across subregions.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

Bachelor's degree in Technology, Administration, Economics or related careers, or equivalent experience; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Six Sigma/ Lean- Change Mg & Project Management Certifications Agile/ PMI is a plus
Excellent project management skills, with a record of leading cross-functional projects.
Experience collaborating with global teams and leading cross-functional partners
Excellent communication, influence, and relationship-building skills + Outstanding presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage partners
Results-oriented, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Fluent in Spanish and advanced English is a must- Portuguese is a plus
Proven experience in coordinating decision making among operational and technology teams.
