Como Field Technology Consultant serás responsable de diseñar y elaborar propuestas técnicas, brindando soporte especializado y presentando arquitecturas de soluciones Cloud en AWS, alineadas con los

objetivos y necesidades del negocio.

Responsabilidades

Visita a clientes para el levantamiento y análisis de necesidades técnicas.
Diseño y estructuración de propuestas de preventa en apoyo al área comercial.
Implementación de la solución.
Contacto con fabricantes para la evaluación y conocimiento de nuevos productos.

Obtención de las certificaciones requeridas para un desempeño óptimo del rol y para garantizar una respuesta oportuna a los requerimientos asignados.

Impartir capacitaciones a los canales según el producto y brindar soporte en la implementación de las soluciones.


Lo que estamos buscando:

Nivel académico requerido:
Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Telecomunicaciones o afines.
Inglés intermedio–avanzado (B2–C1) – requisito obligatorio
Conocimientos en soluciones de Cloud AWS

Años de experiencia total:
Mínimo 3 años

Cargos ocupados, áreas y roles:
Ingeniero de Soporte, Consultoría en Preventa e Ingeniero de Preventa.

Sector deseable:
Tecnología

Conocimientos o Habilidades:

Diseño y estructuración de propuestas comerciales alineadas a las necesidades del cliente, Sólidos conocimientos en Cloud y arquitecturas de soluciones tecnológicas, experiencia en gerencia y gestión de proyectos, incluyendo planeación, ejecución y seguimiento para el cumplimiento de objetivos y Capacidad para trabajar de manera transversal con equipos técnicos y comerciales, asegurando la integración entre la propuesta técnica y los objetivos del negocio.


Competencias:
Orientación a los resultados - Comunicación - Impacto e influencia comercial – Proactividad Capacidad de organización, Estructuración.


Las condiciones de trabajo:
Entorno Profesional de Oficina (Híbrido).
Horas de trabajo no estándar, según lo requiera el negocio.
