Descripción de puesto:

Fortalecer la gestión del portafolio asegurando coherencia y trazabilidad entre roadmaps, apoyando a los Líderes de Tribu en el equilibrio entre crecimiento y rentabilidad, generar soluciones completas, coherentes y de alto impacto para el cliente en cada interacción.

Responsabilidades:

  • Monitorear el progreso de los roadmaps y el desempeño del portafolio de productos.
  • Diseñar dashboards de desempeño y progreso de las tribus.
  • Consolidar métricas claves, time-to-market y satisfacción del cliente.
  • Elaborar reportes para QBRs y comités ejecutivos, promoviendo transparencia.
  • Asegurar consistencia y trazabilidad de los datos operativos y portafolio de productos.

Calificaciones:

Título en Ingeniería en Estadística, Economía, Data Analytics, Sistemas o afines.

Posgrado o certificaciones en Business Intelligence, Data Visualization o Análisis de Datos.
