About the role
: We are seeking a Business Development Manager for the B2B Channel who will be responsible for the sales and growth of TP-Link's corporate solutions in the Ecuadorian territory.

Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development:
    Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B sector, including prospecting, lead generation, and account planning.
  2. Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at SMBs, including business owners, IT managers, and procurement officers, through regular communication and engagement.
  3. Technical Consultation:
    Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert technical consultation and guidance on TP-Link's networking products and solutions, including routers, switches, access points, and security devices.
  4. Solution Selling:
    Identify customer pain points and business challenges and propose comprehensive networking solutions that address their specific needs and objectives, leveraging TP-Link's product portfolio and capabilities.
  5. Sales Support:
    Collaborate closely with the sales team to support the sales process, including technical presentations, product demonstrations, solution architecture design, and proposal development, to help close deals and achieve revenue targets.
  6. Product Education and Training:
    Conduct product training sessions and workshops for SMB customers to ensure they have a thorough understanding of TP-Link's product features, benefits, and use cases, empowering them to make informed purchasing decisions.
  7. Market Analysis:
    Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement, innovation, and market expansion, and provide insights to the management team to inform strategic decision-making.
  8. Documentation and Reporting:
    Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and technical documentation, and provide regular reports to the management team on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering
    or similar disciplines (exclusive requirement).
  • Postgraduate studies in Sales, Business Administration or similar is a plus.
  • At least 5 years' experience developing sales in a corporate channel for technology, telecommunications and/or networking companies.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills.
  • Availability to travel within Ecuador.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
