⁠We are looking f⁠or a B2B Sales Executive to join our Sales Team

Requirements

Strong proven experience in sales (phone sales / closing roles)

100% fluent English (mandatory)

⁠2-5 years of experience in sales

⁠Must be located in commutable distance to Quito, Pichincha, Ecuador

Responsibilities

Manage qualified inbound B2B leads (no cold prospecting)

Sell to flower shops, event planners, retailers, and similar businesses

⁠Identify needs and recommend the right offer

⁠Handle objections professionally and confidently

⁠ ⁠Close sales over the phone

⁠ ⁠Follow up consistently to maximize conversions

⁠ ⁠Log basic sales outcomes and notes

Qualifications

⁠ ⁠Comfortable calling and selling daily
⁠ ⁠Strong persuasion and communication skills
⁠ ⁠Results-driven and accountable
⁠ ⁠Able to learn the product quickly (industry training provided)

No experience selling flowers is required. Sales skill comes first.

Compensation & Structure

⁠Fixed salary:
$1,000 USD per month

⁠ ⁠Full-time, ongoing role (year-round)

This role is NOT for "Entry-level sales profiles", "people uncomfortable with phone sales", "support or passive roles"
