Este rol tiene como objetivo capturar a los mejores talentos de LATAM con un mindset disruptivo, centrado en resolver problemas reales, no en cumplir requisitos clásicos.

Responsabilidades:

  • Asesorar sobre uso estratégico de nuevas herramientas y servicios de GCP (Vertex AI, Dataplex, Cloud Functions, etc.).
  • Implementar prácticas FinOps para visibilidad, control y reducción de costos sin comprometer rendimiento.
  • Colaborar con equipos de TI y funcionales para establecer presupuestos, alertas y proyecciones.
  • Evaluar y rediseñar arquitecturas actuales para garantizar escalabilidad, resiliencia y eficiencia de costos.
  • Capacitar y alinear a los equipos técnicos del cliente sobre buenas prácticas en GCP.
  • Crear roadmaps de modernización (ej. lift & shift → refactorización → cloud-native).
  • Aplicar principios de arquitectura cloud-native y serverless.



Requisitos

  • Auditar y analizar el gasto actual en GCP (Compute, Storage, Networking, etc.).
  • Implementar prácticas FinOps para visibilidad, control y reducción de costos sin comprometer rendimiento.
  • Crear dashboards y reportes financieros en BigQuery/Looker Studio
  • Diseñar políticas de uso eficiente de recursos: reservas, autoscaling, rightsizing, y commitment discounts
  • Colaborar con equipos de TI y funcionales para establecer presupuestos, alertas y proyecciones.
  • Evaluar y rediseñar arquitecturas actuales para garantizar escalabilidad, resiliencia y eficiencia de costos.
  • Proponer mejoras en uso de servicios gestionados vs. autoservicio (ej. Cloud Run vs. GKE, Cloud SQL vs. Bare Metal).
  • Aplicar principios de arquitectura cloud-native y serverless.
  • Revisar políticas de IAM, redes, seguridad y almacenamiento para mejorar el diseño general.
  • Crear roadmaps de modernización (ej. lift & shift → refactorización → cloud-native).
  • Asesorar sobre uso estratégico de nuevas herramientas y servicios de GCP (Vertex AI, Dataplex, Cloud Functions, etc.).
  • Capacitar y alinear a los equipos técnicos del cliente sobre buenas prácticas en GCP.
