About the Role:

We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Inside Sales Agent with 1–3 years of proven experience in lead generation and sales conversion in real estate. The ideal candidate excels at building relationships, qualifying leads, and maintaining a robust pipeline while supporting agents to maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make high-volume outbound calls (50–100/day) to leads using CRM systems; follow up consistently.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine buying intent and readiness.
  • Schedule appointments for agents and maintain pipeline accuracy in CRM.
  • Track lead conversion metrics and provide weekly performance reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize campaigns and messaging for higher conversions.
  • Continuously refine sales scripts and objection-handling techniques.
  • Build strong relationships with potential clients while reflecting professionalism and trustworthiness.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of inside sales experience in real estate or high-value B2C sales.
  • Expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly KPIs.
  • Strong verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a high energy level.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
