About the Role:
We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Inside Sales Agent with 1–3 years of proven experience in lead generation and sales conversion in real estate.
The ideal candidate excels at building relationships, qualifying leads, and maintaining a robust pipeline while supporting agents to maximize revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Make high-volume outbound calls (50–100/day) to leads using CRM systems; follow up consistently.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine buying intent and readiness.
Schedule appointments for agents and maintain pipeline accuracy in CRM.
Track lead conversion metrics and provide weekly performance reports.
Collaborate with marketing to optimize campaigns and messaging for higher conversions.
Continuously refine sales scripts and objection-handling techniques.
Build strong relationships with potential clients while reflecting professionalism and trustworthiness.
Requirements:
1–3 years of inside sales experience in real estate or high-value B2C sales.
Expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly KPIs.
Strong verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a high energy level.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
