Customer Service Representative – ENGLISH Required
About the Role
Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their team. This position offers a clear career path to become a Part-Time Dispatcher, making it an excellent opportunity for professionals who want to grow within the transportation and logistics industry.
You will begin by delivering customer service support, managing inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication with clients. Over time, you'll receive hands-on training to transition into a Dispatcher role, where you will manage trucking operations and coordinate shipments efficiently.

This is an English-speaking role. Candidates must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in English, both written and verbal.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing prompt and professional support in English.
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
- Learn and support dispatch functions, including scheduling, routing, and driver coordination.
- Assist with tracking shipments, updating customers on delivery status, and problem-solving logistics challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency and service quality.
Requirements
- Fluent English (spoken and written); C1/C2 certification or time spent in an English-speaking country (Required)
- Experience: 3–5 years of recent, English-speaking customer service experience.
- Preferred background: Customer Service, Transportation, dispatch, or supply chain experience is a plus
- Willingness to learn and grow into a dispatcher role with long-term career potential.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Remote-ready setup: reliable computer, dual monitors, smartphone, headset and stable internet
- Have a quiet, professional environment suitable for taking calls
- Willingness to work flexible hours to align with U.S. time zones when needed
