We're seeking a Salesforce Developer in Ecuador to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

Summary


As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions tailored to meet client requirements.

You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration, optimize business processes, and drive the value of Salesforce across diverse projects.

Ideally We'd Like

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3-5 years of experience in Data Engineering.
Experience working in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and data model.
Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP) and integration techniques.
Knowledge of Salesforce configuration tools such as workflows, process builders, and custom objects.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Desirable

Experience with advanced Salesforce products like CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Service Cloud.
Familiarity with integration tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Experience with DevOps tools for Salesforce, such as Gearset or Copado.
Exposure to CI/CD pipeline setup for Salesforce development.
