Job Title: Leasing Support Specialist (Quito, Ecuador)

Department: Leasing

Reports To: Operations Manager (U.S.-Based)

Location: Quito, Ecuador

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Leasing Support Specialist to join our multi-family

property management team. This remote position is responsible for managing all new and existing

leads, engaging with prospects, processing applications, and ensuring all necessary documentation

is collected and verified. The goal is to successfully convert leads into residents while maintaining

compliance with leasing policies and Fair Housing regulations.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead G Prospect Management: Handle and nurture all new and existing leads in the CRM

system with the goal of converting them into leases.


• Prospect Engagement: Respond to inquiries, discuss leasing options, explain lease

specials, and provide detailed information about available units across the portfolio.


• Application Processing G Conversion: Assist prospects with completing applications,

collect necessary documentation (ID, pay stubs, proof of income, etc.), and ensure timely

submission.


• Document Analysis G Validation: Review and verify authenticity of income and

identification documents, calculate monthly income to assess eligibility, and ensure

compliance with leasing policies.


• Compliance G Fair Housing: Maintain strict adherence to Fair Housing laws and leasing

regulations throughout the leasing process.


• Collaboration G Coordination: Work closely with onshore leasing agents, assistant

property managers, and property managers to provide updates on lead status and ensure

smooth processing.


• Administrative G Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system

and assist with reporting as needed.


• Marketing: Assist with online listings, update property marketing materials, and conduct

competitive analysis of similar assets.


• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to prospective tenants and ensure a

positive leasing experience.

Ǫualifications G Requirements


• Education: Bachelor's degree required.


• Experience: Minimum of one year of experience residential leasing, property management,

sales, banking, underwriting, mortgage processing, or similar industry requiring document

verification, data integrity and customer engagement).


• Skills:

o Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

o Strong mathematical and analytical abilities for income verification.

o High level of organization, attention to detail and time management skills.

o Strong work ethics with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

o Sales and negotiation skills are a plus.


• Technical Proficiency: Must be proficient in MS Excel, MS Teams, and VoIP systems.

Familiarity with CRM/property management software (e.g., Entrata) is preferred.

Work Schedule


• The role follows U.S. business hours with two shift options:

o Shift 1: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (U.S. time)

o Shift 2: Tuesday - Saturday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (U.S. time)


• Work schedule may require flexibility based on business needs.
