Responsabilidades clave:
Apoyar la gestión de procesos licitatorios, asegurando el cumplimiento de requisitos técnicos y administrativos.
Elaborar, organizar y revisar documentación comercial y contractual.
Coordinar con áreas internas para consolidar información clave en propuestas y entregables al cliente.
Hacer seguimiento a plazos, hitos y condiciones de los procesos comerciales y administrativos.
Mantener actualizada la base documental y garantizar la trazabilidad de la información.
Atender requerimientos administrativos y documentales de clientes en coordinación con el equipo de ventas.
Identificar mejoras en procesos y herramientas documentales que optimicen tiempos y recursos.
Requisitos:
Técnico administrativo o similar
Conocimiento del Sector Gobierno:
Es útil que el candidato entienda cómo funciona el proceso de compras y licitaciones en el sector público. Conocer las regulaciones, las políticas de adquisición y los desafíos únicos de los organismos gubernamentales.
