Buscamos una persona organizada, profesional, orientada al cliente corporativo y capaz de garantizar que nuestras oficinas funcionen con excelencia todos los días.

Responsabilidades principales


Operación diaria:

  • Supervisar la operación completa de la sede (oficinas, áreas comunes, insumos, iluminación, limpieza).
  • Gestionar proveedores (limpieza, seguridad, internet, mantenimiento).
  • Asegurar que las oficinas estén siempre listas para tours y nuevos clientes.

Customer Experience:

  • Resolver requerimientos de clientes con rapidez y profesionalismo.
  • Manejar onboarding/offboarding de empresas.
  • Controlar renovaciones y satisfacción general de miembros.

Administración:

  • Manejar inventarios, reportes operativos y control de gastos.
  • Mantener indicadores de ocupación y estado del edificio actualizados.

Relación con administración del edificio:

  • Coordinar mantenimientos, permisos, seguridad y cualquier tema operativo con el landlord o administrador.

Soporte Comercial & Marketing:

  • Apoyar tours y visitas de clientes corporativos.
  • Participar en actividades y eventos de networking internos.

Perfil del candidato ideal


  • Experiencia previa en operaciones, coworking, hotelería, administración de edificios u oficinas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente.
  • Organización, puntualidad y alto nivel de detalle.
  • Manejo de herramientas digitales (Excel, Google Workspace, CRM).
  • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y resolver problemas rápidamente.
  • Actitud profesional, enfocada y orientada al cumplimiento.
