The
Business Development Sr. Specialist
is responsible for supporting the Customer Development team in developing and leading the business within Pharmacy trade. This role consolidates and coordinates the execution of the commercial strategy, guiding the sales team's efforts toward achieving the company's objectives. The Manager translates commercial strategies into specific client plans, ensuring the effective implementation of the 5P's and driving growth through differentiated campaigns, launches, and promotions.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Customer Development executives with the flawless strategy and execution of the 5P's, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Retail Marketing, Field Operations, POP, In Store, and Demand Planning.
  • Translate commercial strategies into omnichannel customer programs and coordinate the implementation of campaigns and promotions.
  • Analyze gaps, opportunities, and commercial performance (sales, numeric distribution, market share, 5P's), suggest actions, and control investment (GTN, inventories, SKU rotation).
  • Support in ensuring the forecast and alignment of the demand plan with the correct product volumes.
  • Organize and support meetings with clients, keeping them informed about priorities and opportunities.
  • Comply with all corporate policies and standards and perform other assigned duties.
  • Guideline: 10% fields / 90% administrative

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related fields
  • At least 3 years of experience in the commercial area
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales positions such as Sales Executive or KAM
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets) and business intelligence tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing and developing talent (direct and indirect).
  • Experience in trend analysis, KPI management, and developing strategic plans with the client.
  • Strong negotiation skills and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Knowledge of new technologies and market trends.
