You will be providing phone-based support to customers from the comfort of your homeYou will help resolve and escalate product & platform issues and answer account and billing questions.
You will be using your communication skills and customer first mindset to empathetically collaborate with TCP's customers to solve their issues.
What you'll be doing Respond to customer inquiries and requests over the phone, email and chat based on SOPsUtilize TCP's tech tools suite (Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, Hodu) in day-to-day operationsEscalate and distribute customer issues to relevant departments as per guidelinesRecord, review and follow-up on requests and resolutionsInvestigate and research solutionsUpdate customer records during conversationsMeet and exceed quantitative metrics and KPIs including client facing time, call quality and occupancy RequirementsWhat we are looking for:Start Date:

Work Schedule:05 days a week40 hours/week09 hour shift with 01 hour of unpaid break09 AM to 09 PM Eastern Time (United States Time) (Monday to Friday & Saturday post training)
