Customer Service Representative – ENGLISH RequiredAbout the RoleOur client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their team.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new leads generated through social media and phone calls.
Your primary responsibility will be to engage with these leads, qualify their interest, and ensure they are scheduled promptly with our sales team for follow-up.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone with a digital marketing background who enjoys customer-facing work and wants to grow their career in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Candidates must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in English, both written and verbal.
Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to inbound inquiries from social media platforms, phone calls, and other lead sources in a timely and professional manner in English.
Qualify leads based on established criteria and hand them off to the sales team.Schedule appointments or sales calls for qualified prospects.
Accurately record and update lead information in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a smooth handoff of leads.
Provide basic follow-up and nurturing for leads when necessary.
Assist with entry-level digital marketing tasks such as posting on social media, updating content, and supporting online campaigns.
Track and report on lead intake metrics and performance.
RequirementsFluent English (spoken and written); C1/C2 certification or time spent in an English-speaking country (Required)Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or Digital Marketing (Preferred)Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, email marketing platforms, basic SEO knowledge)Strong analytical and communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; experience with analytics/reporting tools is a plus.
Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).Highly organized and detail-orientedAbility to multitask, prioritize, and work both independently and as part of a team
