About the role
: We are looking for a Sales Manager to efficiently manage commercial relationships with distributors in Ecuador. This role is responsible for coordinating local inventories, ensuring timely follow-up of purchase orders and deliveries, and analyzing market demand to support accurate planning and product availability.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and strengthen commercial relationships with distributors, ensuring compliance with agreements and sales targets.
  • Oversee local inventory levels, maintaining optimal stock and avoiding shortages or overstock situations.
  • Rigorously follow up on purchase orders and delivery processes, verifying timelines and compliance with established conditions.
  • Analyze market demand to anticipate supply needs and support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and sales teams in demand planning processes.
  • Prepare and deliver reports using Excel for commercial data analysis, inventory tracking, and delivery performance monitoring.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing wholesale clients, demand planning, and inventory control.
  • Proven track record in managing commercial and logistics processes.

Technical Skills:

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
  • Fluency in English is required.
