Production/Account Manager

TMS Global is a subsidiary of DS Smith PLC, a leading global provider of corrugated packaging solutions. We specialise in retail display, print, and packaging outsourcing, operating across 97 markets globally with a team of over 300 people.

We're working closely with a top FMCG brand on a prestigious POS and Display contract, offering an exciting opportunity for an Account/Production Manager to join our client team in San Jose, Costa Rica, on a permanent basis.

About the role

This hybrid position combines home working with office-based work in San Jose. You'll ensure the client's needs are met by delivering exceptional account management through smooth campaign execution, while providing operational support and leadership to a dedicated team.

About you

We seek an experienced Client Service professional with POS/Point of Sale and Display marketing experience. Additional skills in shopper marketing and consumer insights are useful but not essential.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing multi-campaign/multi-job projects with multiple service elements.
  • Executing and managing print management strategies.
  • Planning, budgeting, and cost management of POS and Display campaigns.
  • Developing alternative solutions for new briefs or challenges.
  • Spotting opportunities to strengthen relationships and contracts.
  • Ensuring timely delivery and execution of campaigns according to client needs and objectives.
  • Communicating project progress to internal and external stakeholders.

To qualify for the role, you'll need:

  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Experience in POS or Display Marketing, Packaging, or an agency background.
  • Strong client skills and services experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with end-to-end procurement/supply chain processes.
